Stellar Capacity collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users fill in the contact forms, apply for jobs by emailing us, register for exponential.se newsletters and sign up for conferences and events. In order to conduct our outreach to acquire new program participants, we source and process personal data of company representatives with a similar profile to previous program participants. The personal data we source is the name of the company representative, the company email address, and role in the company, and the information is collected either from LinkedIn or from the company web page. This is grounded in the lawful basis of the legitimate interest of marketing of our programs to the candidates. The data is stored for 2 years or until the data subject wishes to unsubscribe and have the data removed.
